As soon as a Premium List has been posted on our web
site,
a link to that Premium List will be emailed to you.
From that link, the Premium can be viewed as a html
or downloaded to your computer in the form of a .pdf file.
The last page of the .pdf file will contain
a printable entry form suitable for mailing.
